Vin d'Alsace - Fronholz Muscat 2018 - Domaine Ostertag
On en vient à oublier qu'un Muscat bien maitrisé, finement aromatique, beaucoup de fraicheur, et bien ça fonctionne très, trop bien. Celui ci est un petit bijou d'équilibre. Quel régal et quelle longueur ! Au Top.
Apéritif évidemment, tarte aux fruits blancs, foie gras, cuisine sucrée-salée !
