Carp 2019 - PGI Côtes Catalanes - Vignoble Réveille
Dry white wine, where minerality dominates, the blend of the 2 grape varieties (Grenache gris and Marsanne) develops a beautiful intensity in the mouth, a nice structure.
The altitude terroir - 530m - gives the freshness of the wine, starting from grapes that have reached an interesting maturity.
On the finish, a hint of salinity and small bitterness make the wine very appetizing. Digestible, it can be drunk on its own, or with land and sea food.
