Kalliste 2018 - AOP Ajaccio - Winery U Stilicionu
has a lot of freshness already on the nose and on the palate. It is very surprising to find a red wine, from a sunny region, with so much balance. The tannins are present (obviously) but really fine. Return of dried garrigue and black fruits on the finish. Always a joy to present the wines of Sébastien Poly.
