Magic Melon by Bedouet 2020 - Vin de France - Bedouet winemaker, a vintage exclusively with and for Petites Caves !
A complete wine, balanced with matter and minerality.
In the mouth, Magic Melon delivers a frank attack with body. It is more incisive than the 2019 version and awakens our palate and pleasure.
Drinking a real melon de Bourgogne like this, at this price! Hats off to you and thanks
Magical as an aperitif with some shrimps, or at the table with fish and seafood.
Further information:
Melon de Bourgogne vines from 40 to 50 years old / Whole bunches / Slow pressing, fermentation in 228 liter barrels (native yeast) / No sulfur during aging.
NB : 300 bottles only !!!
