La Belle Rouge - Cairanne 2019 - Winery Marcel Richaud & Petites Caves
Third collaboration for this cuvee in the 2019 vintage.
Once again, and unlike the classic 2019 Cairanne from Winery, we have chosen to age it in demi-muid (a few wines old = no new wood) for 18 months.
A wine that plays on the power of its aromas and its tactile qualities in the mouth. Beautiful freshness. Very dense, opaque colour. The nose is complex and plays with red fruits, plums, prunes, chocolate notes, black olives, blond tobacco, dried flowers and a super light woody aromatic touch. It is fine and elegant!
Very full on the palate with a remarkable silkiness. The complexity of the nose is there for a long finish on stewed fruits and blond tobacco.
