Coucou Blanc 2020 - Côtes du Marmandais - Elian DAROS
A Bordeaux blend, but vinified differently: fruit picked at maturity for notes of pear, quince and peach but also tension on a welcome acidity for this vintage
Here, the Sauvignon does not "sauvignonne", and we will retain the perfect balance between roundness and freshness. Elian DaRos plays between the 'naturalness' of the wine and a certain classicism... to the delight of our taste buds!
