A cider that stands out for its robust character and its "chiselled" bitterness. On the nose, iodine and crushed apple notes.
On the palate, the signature of maison : a beautiful bitterness and a balanced freshness. It is thanks to a long fermentation that Maison Hérout reduces the residual sugars to a maximum. The magic works with a blend adapted to the acid-sweet-bitter balance.
