Breitstein 2021 - Alsace - Léo Dirringer
A juice of pinot noir and pinot gris. A fresh and fruity wine, greedy, one is easily re-served. The pinot gris brings a lot of freshness. Again, a lot of minerality in this juice.
Breitstein or "large stones", terroir on granitic arena mixed with clay veins. Mid-slope, exposed to the East and to the wind. Maceration in whole bunches of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, during 10 days.
