Fruits with white and yellow flesh, slightly oxidized touch approaching an infusion side.
The mouth is round, juicy and balanced. A tender to mineral mouth. A final that does not lack power and explosiveness.
Presents sometimes a little gas (perlance)
One can go on powerful cheeses of the region... hum! or spicy exotic cuisines! or on a real Sauerkraut maison.
