Divine Duras 2021 - Vin de France - Ferme de Bois Moisset - Cuvée Exclusive for Petitescaves
This is a great introduction to this Grape variety originating from the Tarn, the Duras.
The idea is to make a fruit wine, a friend wine, an everyday wine.
The nose shows a slight reduction which fades away quite quickly after a little airing. We immediately feel the freshness of the wine, the juicy black fruits and some spicy notes as well.
On the palate, the wine is straightforward with a frank attack of black fruits, giving way to a fluid and sapid mid-palate. The finish has aromas of liquorice, aniseed, and a fine tannic structure that gives the wine depth and structure.
A fruity wine balanced by a nice tannic structure on the finish which will be perfect for everyday meals, snacks and grilled meats.
