A wine with personality; a blend that is perhaps unprecedented, or at least very rare. Character, and that's what we particularly like about this kind of work!
NB: a living wine, therefore fragile by definition, which must be protected once the bottle is opened.
Blend of 3/4 juicy mondeuse, free-run juice from semi-carbonic maceration, low degrees, 10% alcohol, with 1/4 gamay (Beauregard 2019) passerillés sur pied involuntarily at 16% alcohol.
