Juniper berry flavoured spirit drink
In order to be called "gin", European regulations specify that the base spirit must contain at least 96% alcohol. This is how the industry lobby has secured the exclusive right to the name 'gin', since only industrial distilleries can achieve such a high alcohol content.
So here is our 'djinn' - it's not called 'gin' but it's even better... We make a third distillation of wine spirits, placing juniper berries, citrus fruits and ginger in the still. Our aim is to obtain the purest drink possible. Everyone will be able to enjoy it with beautiful citrus fruits, more or less sweet tonics, or simply appreciate it as a beautiful white eau de vie
