L'Âme Heureux (2018 organic wine) - Vin de France - Elise Hamant (Vignes de l'Atrie)
Superb structure (skeleton) with nice fine tannins still present in this youth. The wine is straight, clean with a finish marked by a salty side that gives the "la". Astonishing, this is a first vintage! Hats off!
Grape variety grolleau noir on granite-schist in a part of the plot where the soil is deeper and the maceration took place in concrete vats, there is more substance and body than its friend the "l'âme heureuse" vintage
