Sublime pinot with finesse and freshness! Very clear colour, nose and mouth with floral and cherry aromas, it is a delight! We could drink litres of it... Attention, danger. :-)
This wine is more for lovers of natural wines.
Additional information:
Grapes destemmed. Carbonic fermentation for 6 days in 2,400 litre tuns. Pressing. Blending of free-run juice and first press juice. Fermentation. Aged for 10 months in tuns for several wines.
