Fine and deep nose. Mouth presents a beautiful volume, great flexibility. It is homogeneous, balances between the fruity and the floral. The skeleton is fine. The final is pleasant with a return on the black fruit and accompanied by a beautiful freshness. Ideal wine to accompany beautiful pieces of noble and tender beef.
100% Grenache (60 year old vines). A fut that normally goes into the Sagesse cuvée. These grenaches were harvested at the end of September 2016. Put in vats on October 5 with some pumping over.
Mis en barrique début décembre 2016.
Très léger sulfitage. SO2 TOTAL < 20mg
