Year to Hay, Year to Nothing 2021 - AOP Entraygues and Le Fel - Winery les Buis (Pauline Broqua)
No Brumes in 2021, the frost has passed by. A cuvée which will be normally unique but always on this dry, very ripe chenin. A beautiful matter (dense and fluid at the same time) very aromatic on the white fruit and beautiful spices.
Wow, what a white, fresh, tense and young!
Cuvée vinified and aged in vats slowly :)
