A UFO in the world of cider, a still cider, no more sugar (eaten 100% by the yeast). We are not allowed to talk about wine but that is the spirit of the production.
An attractive golden colour. Mineral nose with notes of white pitted fruits, apples, pears but also touches of citrus. The palate is soft, fresh and continues with a slight bitterness and salinity.
