A new vintage, a new wine for this cuvée that you loved in 2018.
For 2019, we are going for a more "chenin" wine, we might say. A wine with a fresh and tense profile, with a nice salivating length. Fresh and sapid on the palate with citrus fruits and granny apples. Ideal as an aperitif or at the table with fish in sauce or cheese.
Further information:
Vines between 25 and 40 years old on 4 schist terroirs. Fermentation in barrels. Aged for 12 months in 400L barrels (without stirring or racking), then 6 months in vats.
NB: nowhere else but... 300 bottles only !!!
