The Repentant 2018 (red) - Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame - Thibault Stephan.
Nose still discreet and young... wild black fruits, floral ferns. Ample mouthfeel, good structure and very fine and numerous tannins. The skeleton is magnificent and made for ageing. The finish is balanced between tonicity and freshness. A pure Saumur (Puy_notre_Dame) for carnivores.
To be decanted in its youth.
