Les Gruches 2019 - AOP Saumur white - Winery Bobinet
The great Chenin cuvée of Winery, from vines aged between 65 and 80 years for very low yields (14hl/ha). Ample and tense on the palate, with a long mineral finish. Aged 18 months in oak barrels; the wood is very well integrated. A gastronomic wine with great ageing potential. A great Chenin !
