Menetou-Salon Blanc 2021 - Winery Philippe Gilbert
The white Winery is a blend of Sauvignon from six different parcels. The vines have an average age of 25 years and are planted on a sedimentary clay-limestone soil dating from the Kimmeridgian period.
What we like in this vintage is first of all its freshness and its minerality. Nice aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. Great with asparagus, fish or goat cheese.
