Beautiful chenins to offer us a fresh, fruity mouth (from apple to citrus fruits). In the mid-palate the wine takes off and expresses a "stony" minerality. Finale on the tension.
We prefer to work this wine with a river fish with a rather firm flesh: a braised pike-perch.
