The history of this wine
Thomas Carsin used to blend his Grolleau with his Cabernet. But he always takes care to age his Grolleau for a long time in barrels before blending. The day we came to taste his wines, we loved his Grolleau! The decision has been taken for our Cuvée Exclusive, we will make a 100% grolleau!

After tasting a number of Grolleau wines on cask at Winery, we opted for this one, convinced by its depth, its balance and its capacity to shine in the years to come. We fell in love with it after the first tastings, because it has the beautiful spirit of the Grolleau!
A wine that has evolved but retains its freshness thanks to the good acidity inherent in Grape variety. A fine wine with an interesting chewiness (fine tannins), the aromatics take us to the undergrowth, an earthy and sanguine side calls for beautiful grilled meats.
