The Winery of Romain Le Bars
A disciple of Eric Pfifferling (L'Anglore)After 7 years with the Pfifferlings, Romain le Bars set up his own business in 2018 with a little more than a hectare of vines in Tavel. Natural wines, without inputsLow yields, manual harvest, little or no intervention in the cellar (low dose of SO2), this is the DNA of Romain's wines. The vinification is done in carbonic maceration, with direct pressing. The wines are then aged in barrels of several wines. |
