RETURN AND REFUND
- (a) right of withdrawal
The customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods. The customer will return at his own expense the products that did not give him satisfaction.
- (b) conditions of return
The returned product(s) must be new and unused.
Upon receipt of the package, PetitesCaves will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and that this use or damage makes the product unfit for sale. If the return is refused by PetitesCaves the products will then be returned to the customer at the expense of PetitesCaves without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement.
If the conditions are met, PetitesCaves will reimburse the customer for the sums paid by him, with the exception of the cost of returning the products to PetitesCaves which remain the responsibility of the client.
