Minervois - Audere 2017 - Benjamin Taillandier
Old Carignan of 60 years old on schist.
A nose of dried flowers heather, flint touch. The tannins are supple (nice finesse). Return of the aromas of the nose in the middle of the mouth and a clean, clean and above all fresh finish (nice acidity).
An elegant wine with a very nice ageing potential.
Destemmed vinification and long vatting time.
