A vintage exclusively with and for Petites Caves !
With a very sunny vintage, Jean-Phi' Padié shows us all his winemaking talent with this Glorious Grenache on freshness and fruit. It wasn't easy. What a juice, my friends! An infusion of dried flowers and bright red fruits mixed with spicy notes. A delicacy for adults... Grrrr !

Infusion of whole bunches of grapes / maceration for 15 days in concrete vats (without pigeage, without pumping over) end of fermentation in old demi-muids. Bottling on 14/04/2020
