Assemblage de sylvaner, auxerrois et riesling de Dambach-la-ville. Nez gourmand, arrondi sur les fruits pulpeux. Attaque nette laissant place à un corps rond sur des notes d'ananas. Finale tranchante, belle acidité.
Parfait pour l'apéro, un jus, un beau canon !
