Rebelle 2016, Cornas - Winery Les Bruyères, David Reynaud (Biodynamics)
Another beautiful Cornas in our selection. Beautiful density, depth, lamb's lettuce with present and fine tannins. However, it lacks fruit, spices and mineral complexity. A wine that can be kept for a good ten years and that we can now envisage with a good decanting for a few hours... Red meat will be a good friend to accompany it.
