Always a surprise, always so complex

Notes of green olives and sparkling vegetal but also overripe yellow fruit. And on this vintage, lots of citrus like pickled lemon and lime peel.

Dry and generously fruity, this natural wine will suit sea bream carpaccio and smoked swordfish salads, sushi and vegetable wok.

We've been loving it since the first vintage!
