Après carafage, le nez est hyper expressif et dense, un côté cassis - framboise, soutenu par du thym sauvage. En bouche, c'est puissant et épicé mais avec une magnifique fraicheur.
Les fruits noirs planent longtemps et nous aussi ! :)
