Ma Jolie Syrah 2025 - Vin de France - Benjamin Taillandier
After decanting, the nose is hyper-expressive and dense, with a blackcurrant-raspberry edge, supported by wild thyme. On the palate, it's powerful and spicy, but with magnificent freshness.
The black fruit hovers for a long time, and so do we! :)
