La Volcanique 2025 - Côtes du Forez - Winery Logel
The nose offers black fruit with earthy undertones (minerality) that may also evoke pleasant vegetal notes. The palate is full-bodied with a soft texture. The palate evolves with slightly minty notes, then the finish becomes concentrated, revealing black fruit, hints of roasted or smoky notes, and black pepper. A wine still in its youth, but Gamay always offers enjoyment even when young and well-structured.
