Based on the 2021 harvest
Notes of white flowers (hawthorn and acacia), citrus freshness (lemon) invade the nose.
The palate is straightforward and mineral, with hints of almond.
Fine, persistent bubbles. The finish is fine, spicy and finally quite complex :)
