Pastel 2025 - Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence - Winery la Réaltière

A rosé far removed from the norm, this wine is not very demonstrative, dry and taut. Notes of red fruit and citrus. Beautiful palate with a return to yellow stone fruit. The finish is fresh and clean. Thank you Pierre for this lovely rosé.
