The 2023 Vintage - Saumur-Champigny - Winery Roches Neuves
Les Mémoires (100% Cabernet Franc) reveals a nose with subtle hints of mint, red fruit liqueur, and delicate wild strawberries. On the palate, it has a direct and powerful attack with a remarkable, almost “sensual” (yes, really) texture. This texture highlights the potential of a great terroir; complex and balanced between power and subtlety, it finishes with a note of great mineral purity.
