Chemin Faisant 2022 - Saint Joseph - La Ferme des 7 lunes
Lovely, fine, precise nose of black fruits and slightly smoky spices. A little more imposing than its traditional version, but also more subtle and complex.
The palate is rich, unctuous and greedy, the tannins supple despite the wine's youth, and the tactile quality is present, as Jean knows how to do. A deluxe natural version for epicureans.
