La Meute - Pygargue 2018 - Cider - Antoine Marois
Late disgorgement in 2025, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and 6 years of aging on racks.
This aging process brings out more developed, complex aromas with subtle roasted notes: caramelized apple, baked apple, and even a hint of smoke.
The palate offers great depth with all the elements we love—much like in fine wines—and a beautiful finish with lovely bitter notes.
