A beautiful deep, velvety red, with Syrah expressing lovely aromas of blackberry, subtle violet, and sweet spices. The wine is carried by a silky texture—a tactile quality we love—with well-integrated tannins. An exceptional 2021 vintage, balancing power and elegance, marked by the granite-driven minerality characteristic of this corner of the Rhône Valley.
Perfect with duck breast, Provençal beef stew, or a platter of aged cheeses, it’s best served between 14 and 16°C. A bottle to open for special occasions—and every moment is special! But drink in moderation, okay!?
