Black forest fruits, twigs, vine shoots and old wood are present throughout the tasting. Silky tannins caress the palate.
Mitat is a blend of white sandstone and schist plots, reflecting the unique terroir of Verdus. The vines are 5 to 10 years old, and the wine is aged in vats for 6 months.
