A Winery a Family PassionFounded in 2014 by Jérôme François, La Grange de l’Oncle Charles is an Alsatian Winery located in the family barn in Ostheim. In its early days, the Winery a 0.5-hectare plot, bequeathed by his grandfather. Today, Jérôme and Morgane Stoquert cultivate 6 hectares of vineyards using organic and biodynamic farming methods . Theyare part of the “living wines” movement :-) An exceptional Alsatian terroirThe Winery from diverse terroirs, including plots on the prestigious Schlossberg Grand Cru. The clay-limestone soils and sunny exposure of Ostheim provide ideal conditions for growing a mosaic of Alsatian grape varieties: Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Chasselas, Sylvaner, Kerner, Auxerrois, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. |

The vineyards are maintained without chemicals, using horses and sheep for tilling the soil. The wines are made without additives, using native yeasts and minimal sulfites. The Winery Ecocert-certified and practices biodynamics, ensuring pure and authentic wines.
