100% Chenin using the traditional method (méthode dite champenoise = 2nd fermentation in the bottle)
This cuvée has fine bubbles with notes of white pome fruit. Extremely fresh on the palate. A return to minerality on the finish, and a liveliness that wakes you up! Perfect as an aperitif or morning snack!
