A round wine, more ripe and well, the natural work is felt with this 'Melonix'. Pronounced minerality on the palate, plus fat.
The juice of a healthy grape with iodized, almost buttery notes. A welcome saltiness that calls for sapidity and a gourmet product: shellfish cooked in sauce and noble fish.
