For this Fiole R23 cuvée, we focus on the village of Ville-sur-Arce. 100% Chardonnay from the 2023 harvest and Brut nature, Zero dosage
This Cuvée de Champagne Clandestin "Fiole R22" seduces from the very first nose: the freshness of juicy pear and a touch of apricot, underlined by a subtle note of honey and white spices, and a sensation of chalky minerality. On the palate, the balance between the generous pulp of the white fruit, a delicate touch of toasted cereal and the return of an acidic tension that feels good; the saline-iodine finish, long and salivating, prolongs the pleasure with elegance and refinement. It's the quintessence of a vibrant, energetic organic Chardonnay that magnificently showcases the Côte des Bar!
