Because the Night 2025 - Vin de France Terres des Nus (Bruno Debon)
The nose opens with floral aromas, along with notes of apple and pear and hints of melon, enhanced by a mineral freshness and a subtle vegetal note. On the palate, notes of white and stone fruits blend with a slight bitterness that we love. The finish is refreshing and clean!
Grape varieties: Rolle, Roussanne, Grenache Noir.
Winemaking: natural and without additives; direct pressing for Grenache Noir and the other grape varieties; 6-day maceration.
Fermentation and aging: 8 months on fine lees in 500-liter barrels and in 500-liter stainless steel tanks.
Blends made in the spring; unpasteurized and unfiltered
SO₂ added: microdose before bottling
