Sensei 2023 - Saumur Champigny - La Source du Ruault
Wine marked by floral scents, aromas of black fruits. Smoky touches coming from the cabernet and its minerality. The tannins are melted and present at the same time. A lot of freshness (surprising even) for this extremely fine and straight wine (nice vivacity).
A tightrope walker balance once again with Mister Millon!
This is a parcel-based cuvée made from vines that are about 40 years old.
