We're talking to you about his Winery
For Christophe Lindenlaub, his wines have that little extra soul that makes the difference between a good wine and a great wine. Energetic and joyful wines. We think the same! The Lindenlaub family has been running vines in Alsace (on the Dorlisheim side, west of Strasbourg) since 1759. Today, Christophe is the owner of a Winery of over 10 hectares (22.5 acres) that stretches over the hills of Dorlisheim and Mutzig. In 2009, Christophe decided to convert all his vines to organic farming. He obtains the AB certification in 2012. | This was only the first step in a challenge that Christophe had promised himself: to learn how to produce high quality wines with the utmost respect for nature and the environment. He continued his approach by deciding to devote his plots to the production of natural wines. He thus gives birth to lively wines that invite you to suspend time and rediscover nature in the space of a tasting. |
