Alsace wine : our organic, biodynamic and natural selection
A vineyard in the north-east, on the edge of Germany, protected by the Vosges mountains, the climate is temperate, conducive to a good ripening of the grapes. The steep slopes and the variety of soils and grape varieties make these fine, elegant and light organic wines famous. We find mainly white wine: Riesling, Gewürtztraminer, pinot gris, Muscat; dry, sweet and sparkling (Crémant) but also red (pinot noir). "Alsace", "Alsace Grand Cru" and "Crémant" are the three main appellations. It is therefore difficult to determine the best Alsace wine.

Everything you need to know about organic and natural Alsace wines
The Alsatian vineyard
The Alsatian vineyards stretch from the north to the south of Alsace, from the Vosges mountains to the Rhine river, from Strasbourg to Mulhouse. It is a rich vineyard, where we find a majority of white wine (90% of white grapes) but also red wine (10% of red grapes). There are three official appellations for this region: "Alsace", "Alsace Grand Cru" and "Crémant", to which can be added the name of the Grape variety, the name of the commune and also the method of vinification: "Vendanges Tardives" (due to over-ripening) or "Sélection de Grain Noble" (due to successive sorting).
