Extra-dry: 12 to 17. Dry: 17 to 32. Semi-dry: 32 and 50. Sweet: more than 50 gr. Main grape varieties: pinot noir, meunier (black grape), chardonnay (white). Bubbles out of champagnes: Crémant, Cerdon, Vouvray, Moscato d'Asti, natural sparkling wine, ... and all the Natural Sparkling wines !
Made from organically grown grapes, natural wine aims to find the expression of a terroir, far from formatted and conventional practices. By rejecting the use of chemicals, the winemaker "natural" , sensitive to the respect of its environment, makes a living and free wine.
