What wine to serve with lobster?
Lobster and wine: the pleasure of a great meal
Lobster is one of those shellfish that we eat at Christmas and New Year's Eve. You can choose to shell it and eat it plain or eat it hot, grilled or baked with a sauce to your taste! For a noble product like this one, the choice of a good wine is important and we are going to explain to you right now which wine will be perfect to accompany your lobster!
What wine to serve with lobster?
For a product such as lobster, which is quite fleshy, we advise you to associate it with a great Chardonnay, a wine that has chewiness. A fine Burgundy appellation, such as a Mersault for example, will go wonderfully with lobster. These bottles are perfect because they combine power, tension and balance. If you wish, you can also serve your lobster with rather vinous champagnes which marry well with the sauce and the fleshy side of the lobster.
